I have taught regular Pilates Matwork classes for 22 years. I work with people of all ages, backgrounds and physical abilities. My mindset is that it's never too late for you to gain control of your health and fitness levels.

I truly believe that when you lead a healthy lifestyle you are happier and your outlook is more positive. Pilates will bring positivity to you and balance to your body and muscles, and they will love you for it!

I needed more balance in my life 22 years ago. I was a keen runner and a very busy Mum. I also taught several aerobic classes, was a personal trainer & busy Sports Massage Therapist. My body was in pieces. Pilates has really helped me to stay injury free and still do all the things I love.

I trained in 1997 with the Pilates Institute in London, www.pilates-institute.com. Michael King and his team were one of the leading educators in Pilates at that time. Over 3 years I completed the full Diploma, which included specific remedial Pilates study working with physiotherapist and referral. Specific study in back care and working with seniors, as well as pregnancy, Pilates Spine Corrector and Pilates Wunder Chair.

I am also a very experienced Sports Massage Therapist, studying first for a year with the Welsh Sports Institute and then a further year with the LSSM (London School of Sports Massage). I studied Sports Massage while having my first child and she is now 24!

Face to Face Class

I offer 3 face to face classes Monday 11am at Sutton Green Village Hall, Monday 6pm ( Currently FULL) & Wednesday 9.30am at St Pius Church Hall, Merrow, Surrey. These will all be mixed ability mat based Pilates and suitable for beginners. £12 per class paid every 10 weeks.

Individual Online Classes

Only have time for one class per week, then this is the plan for you, Individual Online Classes. Select the class of your choice, Monday, Wednesday or Friday. All are 60-minute classes. Drop me an email notifying me of the class you wish to attend and transfer the class fee for the month. £11 per class paid monthly. We will share the code with you.

Months Online Subscription

Enjoy a months unlimited online classes, allowing you greater flexibility to exercise when it’s convenient for you. Either sign up here or drop me an email, transfer the fee and we will share all the online class codes with you for that month.

As our lives start to become busier again, the live online class times might not always work

Coming soon there will be an addition to this site that will suit those of you who can not make the face to face or online live class timetable. I am introducing an on demand library of videos that you can purchase to work through at your leisure.
