Why?
Perhaps you are experiencing back pain, maybe you are noticing that when you drop something on the floor your legs have to widen before you can get anywhere near. These are both perfectly good reasons to introduce Pilates into your life.
When?
Joining into a group class can be fun and social, but not all group exercise is right for everybody. Perhaps the time of the class is inconvenient. With Personal Lessons you can decide when is the best time for you.
Where?
I live in Sutton Green near Guildford and Woking, Surrey. I have recently built a purposebuilt studio in my leafy garden, away from noise and distraction. I also use this space for my Sports Massage.
What?
Classes are designed to try and deliver a suitable challenge to everyone attending. You may have specific requirements that cannot be dealt with in a group situation. Personal Lessons will be designed to deliver the challenge that you need to address the reason you have decided to begin a Pilates Journey.
How?
You can simply send me an email or call with some contact details and a suitable time to be contacted and I will reply either by email or phone.
With what?
I have some small Pilates Equipment. Foam Rollers, Yoga Blocks, Swiss Balls, Pilates Circles, Thera Bands, Light Hand Weights & Heavy weights too. Prickle Stimulating Balls and Pilates small spongy balls. You will not need to bring anything with you, unless you prefer to do so.
